We at Brambles Boutique try our hardest to best desctibe all our garments to the best of our ability. Please allow for a slight degree in colour change due to screen resolution. We try to be as accurate as possible at all times.

PRICING

Prices are valid at time of sale, we at Brambles Boutique cannot be responsible for any item that may be offered for sale at a lower denomination after a sale is completed at time of purchase. If an item is reduced in price between sale and production we will refund the difference to you.

This policy will confirm how we use any information obtained by us at Brambles Boutique about you.

It is important to us at Brambles Boutique that your privacy is respected at all times. In information obtained about you will only be used in accordance with out Term of this Privacy Policy.

The information we gather is normallly your name, address including postcode and telephone. This is used in order to track our customers and their order's and record keeping.

We will at times send by email, details of special offers, new and exciting products or services to the email address that you regfister with us, if you would like to opt out of any such emails please contact us as help@bramblesboutique.co.uk

PRIVACY POLICY.

Returns are accepted within 48hrs of receipt of delivery.

We only accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that have NOT altered and have NOT been worn. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on dresses that have been customized by the designer for you.

We charge a 40% re-stocking fee with all our returned dresses, which will be deducted from your refund.

 In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, we ask that you follow these steps:

 • You have 48 hours from the time the courier delivers to the designated shipping address to notify us that you would like to return or exchange the item.
 
• You need to contact us before you return them and we will give you our mailing address for returning items. Any item returned without notifying us will ntake longer to process.

• The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.

 • We must receive the item within 3 days after we give our return address. If we do not receive your item within 3 days, the refund process takes longer.

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to be sure it’s as perfect as when we shipped it to you and confirm that we have received it within 3 days of giving our return address, we will issue the full refund, or exchange the item for you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged.

As per Health Regulations, any item which comes in close contact with hair & intimate body parts are non-refundable/non-returnable. This includes earrings, hair clips, combs, fascinators, hats, lingerie
